We want you to love your LifeStraw apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we provide easy exchanges and full refunds to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned garments, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
